一、一般资料男14例,女6例,年龄13～35岁。治疗前后平均血压为150/100及133/78mmHg;平均尿量为599ml及1944ml。实验室检查:治疗前B型超声符合肾病改变,肾图受损程度轻至中度,血脂平均423mg/dl。肝功正常,血清总蛋自平均4.96克,A/G为2.3/2.3,24小时尿蛋白定量平均9.93g,尿蛋白定性++++,内生肌酐清除率平均69.06ml/分。治疗后B型超声同治疗前,肾图受损程度轻度,血脂136.94mg/dl,肝功正常,血清总蛋白6.10g,A/G3.6/1.84,24小时尿蛋白定量0.945g,尿蛋白定性0～+,内生肌酐清除率70ml/分。
