一、引言被誉为我国汽车工业摇篮的长春第一汽车制造厂(以下简称“一汽”),经过十几年的努力,在探索大型企业搞好物资再生利用工作中,紧紧依靠科技进步,不断开发新产品,并应用于生产实践中,取得了显著的成绩。“一汽”作为国家重点骨干企业,高起点、专业化、大批量的流水作业和资源密集的特点,每年需要投入大量的钢材、木材、煤炭、水、有色金属和化工原料。随着汽车产量的增加,伴随生产同时产生出大量的工业废弃物,据统计有11大类139种年产生约124万吨。在这数量可观
I. INTRODUCTION As the cradle of China’s automobile industry, Changchun No. 1 Automobile Factory (hereinafter referred to as “FAW”), after more than 10 years of hard work, has been closely relying on scientific and technological progress in exploring large-scale enterprises for material recycling, Continuous development of new products, and applied to production practice, has made remarkable achievements. As a key state-owned key enterprise, FAW takes a large amount of steel, wood, coal, water, non-ferrous metals and chemical raw materials every year due to its characteristics of high starting point, specialization and high-volume flow and resources. With the increase of automobile output, along with the production of large amounts of industrial waste, it is estimated that 139 kinds of 11 major categories produce about 1.24 million tons per year. In this number is considerable
