本文基于动态光散射法,对体积分数为0.01%的SiO_2/H_2O颗粒分散体系,测量了SiO_2平均粒径为237.57nm,测量结果的相对不确定度为2.28%。进而测量了30、40°℃生物柴油/SiO_2颗粒分散体系,在30℃时黏度测量结果与毛细管法结果一致,测量的黏度平均值为4.86 mPa·s,测量结果的相对不确定度为4.64%。在40℃时,衰减时间随测量时间增加而增加,表明纳米颗粒出现团聚,分散稳定性变差。
In this paper, based on the dynamic light scattering method, the average particle size of SiO_2 is 237.57nm and the relative uncertainty of measurement is 2.28% for the SiO_2 / H_2O particle dispersion with volume fraction of 0.01%. Furthermore, the dispersion of biodiesel / SiO 2 particles at 30 ℃ and 40 ℃ was measured. The results of viscosity measurement at 30 ℃ were in good agreement with the results of capillary method. The average viscosity was 4.86 mPa · s and the relative uncertainty was 4.64% . At 40 ℃, the decay time increased with the increase of the measurement time, indicating that nanoparticles agglomeration, dispersion stability worsened.
