行书点画之间须有草意,盖笔笔飞动,纯是天真横溢,无迹可寻。而有道劲萧远之致,必深得回腕藏锋之妙,而以自然出之。其先习黄庭洛神以端其本,其后习各种草书以发其气,其中又习数十种行书以成其格,安得不至妙境。行书之功十倍草书。或日古人有忙中不作草字,奈何?日:斯人斯时所未学者,草耳,未学则以为难,理或然欤?或日:此说误。不及作草者,不及起草再誊真耳。学行书即能通真,学真书不能通行。以此知行书之功不小。
