2013年3月,呼伦贝尔市文化局组织专家对呼伦贝尔市地区公共图书馆开展第五次评估定级工作,评估结果显示,当地经济发展水平、地方财政收入水平在一定程度上影响着图书馆事业的发展,与图书馆服务规范化、自动化、数字化、人才队伍的建设以及读者活跃程度有着密切的关系,本文通过对呼伦贝尔市地区县级公共图书馆实际情况的充分了解,来反应经济落后地区公共图书馆发展过程中所面临的问题,并提出有助于促进县级公共图书馆发展的一些观点和看法。
