一、概述作为“新技术革命”一大支柱的生物工程是廿世纪七十年代兴起的一门新兴学科。它综合包括基因工程、细胞工程、酶工程、微生物工程和生物反应器等技术体系。由于生物工程可广泛用于医疗保健事业、制药工业、农业、食品和轻工业、化学工业、采矿业、海洋工程以及能源开发和环境治理等涉及国民经济和人民生活的各个重大领域,随着生物工程深入研究,为了更好地把握生物反应过程,国外对生物参数传感器的研究也进入到一个新的阶段。因此生物传感技术作为传感技术的一个分支,引起了人们的极大兴趣。目前生物传感器已成为设计巧妙、构型精巧、用途多样、前景诱人的新技术领域。
