本文报道了在日立835—50型氨基酸自动分析仪上。采用4×150mm柱,短程序方法对16例按WHO糖尿病诊断标准确诊的老年糖尿病患者的血清氨基酸含量进行了分析,得知一些特殊氨基酸含量的改变可以作为某些疾病诊断的参数。
This article reports on the Hitachi 835-50 Automatic Amino Acid Analyzer. A total of 16 patients with diabetes mellitus diagnosed according to the WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes were analyzed for serum amino acids using a 4 × 150 mm column and short procedure method. It was found that the changes of some special amino acids could be used as parameters for diagnosis of some diseases.
