江苏省靖江市推出高层次人才“创业券”等措施,吸引高级人才,促进区域经济发展。据不完全统计,目前靖江共有30多家企业与中科院自动化所、力学所、金属所、理化所、等离子体物理所等20多个院所达成合作,开展科技成果产业化、联合开展技术研发、共建科技创新载体、人才交流合作等各种形式的产学研项目60多项。
