我厂广大革命职工,遵照伟大领袖毛主席关于“破除迷信,解放思想”的教导,高举《鞍钢宪法》伟大红旗,狠批刘少奇一类骗子所推行的“洋奴哲学”“爬行主义”等黑货,提高了广大职工的路线斗争觉悟,立足于现有条件,向洋设备开刀。在欢庆中国共产党诞生五十周年的前夕,成功地改造了原苏产多点电子记录仪表的机械采样部分。我们先后改造了六台电子仪表,其中—09型电位差计一台,209型电子平衡电桥五台。经现场半年多运行证明,大大提高了运行可靠性,基本上不须维护。为今后同类型仪表对该部分的改造提供了有效途径。原苏产型和型电子记录仪表采样开关为机械刷型接点,运行中常因其接触不良而造成仪表失灵,平日维护量很大,成为该仪表最薄弱的环节,影响表计的可靠运行。改进后的采样开关将原开关拿掉,用干簧管(以辐射型安装于新制作的托盘上)和永久磁铁(安装于原弹簧刷型接点处)所构成的新的采样开关而代之。并将其机械传动部件进行了相应的改进。
