Methods The historical card of voluntary counseling and testing information of 2012 VCT clinic of Xinjiang Kuqa CDC was downloaded from the comprehensive AIDS prevention and control data information management system for statistical analysis. Results A total of 2 556 inquiries were received from HIV / AIDS VCT clinics in 2012, with more males and females, a ratio of 1.67: 1 for males to females, 54.57% for males and females, and 79.61% for primary and junior high schools. The age distribution ranged from 20 to 49 years, accounting for 89.95%. Among them, 2 532 people were tested for HIV antibody, 195 were positive for HIV antibody, the detection rate was 7.70%; 109 were detected in men and the detection rate was 4.31% 86 people, the detection rate of 3.40%, the difference between men and women was statistically significant (χ2 = 4.09, P <0.05). Conclusion The positive detection rate of HIV is high, which indicates that the local epidemic situation of AIDS is more serious and should be paid enough attention. Although Kuche County has conducted a large number of interventions for HIV-high-risk population and achieved some success, the population’s recognition of HIV-related high-risk behaviors Therefore, we should further strengthen health education and behavioral interventions for people at high risk of HIV / AIDS and encourage them to change their risk behaviors and avoid the recent occurrence of infections.
