本文报告了应用微分电位溶出法和示波极谱法检测8例沙依瓦克病人与同病区24例健康人的血清、尿液、头发,以及病区饮用水中Ca、P、Mg、Zn、Cu、Mn、Se、I、F含量,以国家标准卫生检验方法对病区饮用水的pH值进行检测和卫生细菌学检查,用CYBR法做尿液粘多糖定性试验。检测结果:(1)血清Ca、P、Mg含量略高于健康人水平(P<0.05)。(2)尿液I含量在正常值低限。(3)头发Ca、P、Mg含量略低。(4)三处饮用水的卫生细菌学检测结果均超标,pH值为7.3。(5)其他检测实验值均在正常范围(P>0.05),与文献报道的地方性骨关节疾病的实验值有明显差别。
This paper reports the application of differential potentiometric stripping and oscillopolarographic methods to detect Serum, Urine, Hair, and Ca, P, Mg, Zn, Cu, Mn, Se, I and F contents. The pH value of drinking water in the ward was tested by the national standard hygiene test method and the hygienic bacteriological examination. The qualitative test of urine mucopolysaccharide was performed by the CYBR method. Test results: (1) Serum Ca, P, Mg levels slightly higher than healthy people (P <0.05). (2) urine I content in the lower limit of normal. (3) Hair Ca, P, Mg content slightly lower. (4) Hygienic bacteriological test results of drinking water at three places exceeded the standard, and the pH was 7.3. (5) The other test values are in the normal range (P> 0.05), which is obviously different from the experimental value of endemic bone and joint diseases reported in the literature.
