一个企业就像一个有血有肉的人,应看做是一个有机体。企业结构(组织)是物质实体的组成(基本生存的条件),战略是企业永恒的追求(做强做大的关键),文化是企业崇高的灵魂(持续兴旺的保障)!一个企业要想做成“百年老店”经久不衰,这三个方面是相辅相成、缺一不可,并且相互作用形成互动的关系。从企业成长历程来看,笔者把企业结构看作是企业的物质基础;文化是企业的上层建筑;而战略是把两者紧密联系起来的桥梁;三者之间形成“垂直互动
