一、概述日本小松1000吨压床,拉伸力为600吨,压紧压力为400吨,系我厂1971年从日本小松公司引进的。该机床用于汽车底板、前围、顶盖及发动机罩等大型零件的拉伸成型。机床为双动无曲柄式,顶部传动四点,柱塞导向,偏心轮传动,双列活动工作台。内滑块最大公称压力600吨,行程940毫米;外滑块最大公称压力400吨,行程660毫米。内滑块空间闭合高度2450毫米,最大闭合高度1750毫米;外滑块空间闭合高度2350毫米,最大闭合高度1650毫米。内外滑块调节量均为500毫米,滑块的空转次数为每分钟16次和8次,滑块工作行程为每分钟7次和10次。

The maximum nominal pressure of the inner slide 600 tons, travel 940 mm; the maximum nominal pressure of the outer slide 400 tons, travel 660 mm. The inner slide space closing height of 2450 mm, the maximum closing height of 1750 mm; outer slide space closing height of 2350 mm, the maximum closing height of 1650 mm. Both inside and outside the slider adjustment amount of 500 mm, the slider idle times 16 and 8 times per minute, the slider work schedule for 7 times per minute and 10 times.
