本试验采用He-Ne激光和N2激光辐照“汉源小麦”等四个材料的干种子,采用随机区组设计,重复3次,利用生物统计学方法,从个体水平上连续两年考查了激光诱变小麦L1代和L2两代的单株籽粒产量等57个性状的变异,结果表明:辐照材料不同,激光诱变后代的变异程度不同,差异明显;He-Ne激光和N2激光诱变后代的变异随剂量增加而加大;激光种类不同,后代变异差异不大;不同激光诱变处理后代的变异大小顺序是:激光与60Co-γ复合诱变>60Co-γ处理>激光处理。
In this experiment, dry seeds of four materials, such as “Heyuan Wheat”, were irradiated by He-Ne laser and N2 laser and were designed by randomized block design. The seeds were repeated 3 times. Using biostatistical methods, The variation of 57 traits per plant such as L1 and L2 in laser induced mutagenesis of wheat was studied. The results showed that the variation degree of laser mutagenesis was different with different irradiated materials, and the difference was obvious. He-Ne laser and N2 laser induced Variation of variant offspring increased with the increase of dose; different types of laser, the offspring variation was not significant; the order of variation of different laser mutagenesis progenies were: laser and 60Co-γ mutagenesis> 60Co-γ treatment> laser treatment.
