日前,记者从山西省电力公司获悉,山西阳煤集团电石厂、太钢集团、华圣铝业等13户用电企业与6户发电企业于11月1日就大用户直供电正式达成交易,实现交易电量12.6亿千瓦时,直接交易电价比现行火电标杆每千瓦时电价下降3.0~4.9分钱,仅11月和12月,预计可为用电企业节省用电成本5500万元。这使该省成为国家取消大用户直供电审批后第一个签约的省份,标志着山西电力市场发展进程的一个“里程碑”。这对于引入电力市场竞争机制,扶持重点工业企业发展壮大具有重要意义。
