文章探讨了《MARPOL》公约附则Ⅵ出台的背景,对船用柴油机有害排放物的形成机理及其改善这些有害排放物的措施进行了简述,从原理和具体操作方面较详细地研究了有害排放物,特别是氧化硫和氧化氮的测试问题,指出了在目前技术水平下只能进行测量和计算相接合才能得到与公约要求一致的、可进行比较的排放量。文章最后还简单分析了《MARPOL》公约附Ⅵ的实施对航运业和船用柴油机的影响。
This paper discusses the background of Annex VI of the MARPOL Convention, introduces the formation mechanism of harmful emissions from marine diesel engines and measures to improve them. The harmful emissions are studied in detail from the principle and the concrete operation. , In particular the testing of sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides, pointed out that in the current state of the art only measurements and calculations can be made in order to obtain comparable emissions comparable with those required by the Convention. Finally, the article also briefly analyzes the impact of MARPOL Annex VI implementation on shipping industry and marine diesel engines.
