LCC分析法是一种系统管理科学 ,其目的是用最少的经费购买和使用最有效的装备。应用 LCC分析法可确定某工程装备的全寿命周期费用 ,为某工程装备的研制方案和选型决策提供依据。
LCC analysis is a systems management science whose purpose is to purchase and use the most effective equipment with the least amount of money. The LCC analysis method can be used to determine the life cycle cost of an engineering equipment and provide a basis for the development plan and selection decision of an engineering equipment.
