滤泡辅助T细胞(Tfh)是最近发现的一群具有辅助B细胞功能的辅助T细胞,在机体体液免疫中具有重要作用。最近研究发现,滤泡辅助T细胞与艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者的中和抗体有关,Tfh细胞表达量越高,相对应的HIV-1感染者的中和抗体的活性越明显,该发现极大地推动了艾滋病疫苗的研究。对Tfh细胞进行深入研究,将为刺激机体产生如HIV-1自然感染过程中产生的广谱中和抗体的艾滋病疫苗研究提供新途径。该文即对滤泡辅助T细胞和HIV感染者的中和抗体间的相关研究进展进行综述。
Follicular helper T cells (Tfh) are recently discovered helper T cells with helper B cell functions and play an important role in body humoral immunity. Recent studies have found that follicular helper T cells are associated with neutralizing antibodies to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). The higher the Tfh cell expression level, the more neutralizing antibodies are found in the corresponding HIV-1 infected individuals. This discovery Earth promoted AIDS vaccine research. In-depth study of Tfh cells will provide new ways to stimulate AIDS vaccine research in the body to produce broad-spectrum neutralizing antibodies such as those produced during natural infection with HIV-1. This article reviews the progress of the studies on the neutralizing antibodies against follicular helper T cells and HIV-infected individuals.
