从宏观、微观断口、显微组织及显微硬度等几个方面对中厚板轧机万向联轴器断裂的十字轴进行研究,并分析在轧制过程中相关参数,结果表明主要是万向联轴器规格小、十字轴轴头第二个台阶根部过渡圆角小及机加工粗糙导致了十字轴疲劳断裂。提出了改进万向联轴器结构、加大其规格以及改善轧制工艺等项措施。
