随着海洋事业的发展，海岸工程已向深水发展；诸如深水围海工程、堵口截流工程、海上人工岛工程等，都要求提供深水软基加固的方法与设备。本文介绍了获得专利的海上软基处理船的结构及其性能特点，论述了船体、水上定位装置、土工布铺设装置、塑料排水板插设装置、水下剪板装置和电脑控制装置等。该设备也可作为打桩船、地质勘探船、爆破挤淤装药船、钻孔船等使用，适用于多种水下基础施工工程。
With the development of marine undertakings, the coastal engineering has been developed to the deep water; such as the deep-water sea-going project, the closure of river closure works and the offshore artificial island project all require the provision of methods and equipment for deep-water soft ground reinforcement. This paper introduces the structure and performance characteristics of a patented offshore soft foundation treatment ship, and discusses the hull, water positioning device, geotextile laying device, plastic drain plugging device, underwater shearing device and computer control device. The device can also be used as piling, geological exploration ships, blasting dumping dredging ships, drilling vessels, etc., for a variety of underwater construction projects.
