六西格玛管理是把顾客放在第一位,利用事实和数据来驱动的更好的解决问题的方法[1],通过对流程的持续改进,以期达到提高产品质量、提高工作效率、减少差错发生的目的。重庆市万盛区中心血库韩弋戟引用六西格玛管理理念,对血站质量管理进行了有益的尝试[2]。本文应用六西格玛管理方法,对冷沉淀凝血因子制备流程中影响产品质量的过程应用DMAIC程序进行改进,使冷沉淀凝血因子质量得到稳定提高。
Six Sigma management is a better way to solve the problem driven by fact and data [1], which puts the customer first. Wansheng District of Chongqing Center for Blood Bank Han Yi Ji cited Six Sigma concept of management, blood quality management conducted a useful attempt [2]. In this paper, Six Sigma method was used to improve the quality of cold coagulation factor preparation process using DMAIC procedure, so that the quality of cryoprecipitate coagulation factor was improved steadily.
