患者30岁,农民,住院号245666。1985年4月11日第一胎足月妊娠临产入院。患者1983年9月因风湿性心脏病在我院外科做过心脏换瓣手术,术后常因头痛服阿斯匹林,于妊娠期共服用阿斯匹林约0.5×100片,其中妊娠前3个月服用约70片。患者妊娠期除有轻度心慌、憋气、头痛外,无其它不适。检查:T37℃,P90次/分,Bp100/70mmHg。“二尖瓣”面容,无呼吸困难,心前区闻及Ⅲ级收缩期杂音。宫高32cm,腹围85cm,胎心率140次/分,
