如何构建高效的营销管理体系,有效巩固已有市场并进一步扩大市场份额,是供电企业必须解决的问题。本文综合运用五力竞争模型、S WOT矩阵分析、5P+S营销策略组合理论等营销学、管理学、经济学中的经典理论和学科前沿研究成果,对供电企业的市场营销策略进行了较为深入的研究,构建了市场营销组合策略。该策略应用于冀北某市供电公司2014年营销管理工作中,取得良好成效,证明了策略的有效性、实用性,对供电企业的营销管理工作具有重要的指导和借鉴意义。
How to build an efficient marketing management system, effectively consolidate the existing market and further expand the market share are problems that the power supply enterprises must solve. In this paper, the marketing strategies of power supply enterprises are comprehensively studied through five competitive forces model, S WOT matrix analysis, 5P + S marketing strategy combination theory, marketing theory, management science, classical economics theory and cutting-edge research results. Research, build a marketing mix strategy. This strategy has been applied to the marketing management of power supply company in a certain city of Hebei in 2014 and has achieved good results. It proves the effectiveness and practicability of the strategy and has important guidance and reference significance for the marketing management of power supply enterprises.
