我们上海市建五公司在开展创全优工程的活动中,认真学习北京六建开展创全优工号的经验,在七九年一季度,公司全面推行全优工程管理,并实行了以创全优为目的的降低成本提成奖制度。一年来,领导改变作风,带领三个工作组深入施工现场,调查研究,切实帮助基层加强管理,公司每月召开一次例会,定期研究创全优工程管理中的经验和问题,使我公司企业管理水平不断有了提高。
