随着2004~2015年国家血防工作中长期规划的实施,国家血吸虫病防制工作的推进,部份疫区和县份已经进入防控阻断阶段。巍山县血防工作根据政府工作规划,目前正处在攻坚克难阶段,今后将进一步通过团结和带领全县各族人民,实现县、乡镇、村委会(社区)和村民小组四经级联动,共同努力,力争早日实现全县无病畜、无阳性病人的传播阻断目标。因此分析和解决好资金管理中存在的问题和不足,管理和使用好专项资金,充分发挥为人民健康护航的作用,就显得尤为关键和重要,本文就管理中存在的现象和问题作粗浅探究,希望对下步管理工作有所裨益。
With the implementation of medium and long-term planning of national blood-borne work from 2004 to 2015 and the progress of prevention and control of schistosomiasis, some epidemic areas and counties have entered the stage of prevention and control.
