肾脏肿瘤约75%以上是恶性的。所以在没有肯定诊断之前,肾肿瘤都应认为是恶性的。部分病人症状很不典型,给早期诊断、早期治疗带来了一定困难。本文报道74例肾肿瘤,根据其病理检查结果,计有肾癌32例,肾盂肿瘤6例,肾胚胎瘤33例,肾脏血管肌肉脂肪瘤3例。分别叙述如下: 肾癌我国的资料平均占各种癌肿的0.47—0.7%,国外的资料为1.3%,在成人肾脏肿瘤中肾癌占绝大多数。本组32例中男女之比为1.1:1(17/15),左右之比为1.5:1(19/13),
About 75% of renal tumors are malignant. So in the absence of positive diagnosis, kidney tumors should be considered as malignant. Some patients are very typical symptoms, to early diagnosis, early treatment has brought some difficulties. This article reports 74 cases of renal tumors, according to the results of pathological examination, there are 32 cases of renal cell carcinoma, renal pelvis tumor in 6 cases, renal blastoma in 33 cases, 3 cases of renal angiomyolipoma. Respectively described as follows: Renal cancer data on average accounted for 0.47-0.7% of all kinds of cancer, foreign information is 1.3%, the majority of renal tumors in adult kidney cancer. The group of 32 patients in the ratio of men and women was 1.1: 1 (17/15), about the ratio of 1.5: 1 (19/13),
