目的:在阴道镜观察下LEEP刀联合干扰素治疗106例尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法:对所有就诊的尖锐湿疣患者均先做醋白试验,然后在阴道镜观察下用LEEP刀治疗,术后肌肉注射干扰素100万U,并跟踪观察。结果:106例尖锐湿疣患者经LEEP刀治疗12个月,全部治愈,治愈率达100%。结论:在阴道镜观察下用LEEP刀治疗尖锐湿疣疗效显著,疗程短,操作简单安全,快捷无副作用,治愈率高,值得推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of LEEP knife combined with interferon in treating 106 cases of condyloma acuminatum under the colposcopy observation. Methods: All patients with condylomata acuminatum were treated with vinegar whitening test, and then treated with LEEP knife under the colposcopy observation. The postoperative intramuscular injection of 1 million U interferon and follow-up observation. Results: 106 cases of genital warts by LEEP knife for 12 months, all cured, the cure rate was 100%. Conclusion: The treatment of condyloma acuminatum with LEEP knife under colposcopy has significant curative effect, short course of treatment, simple and safe operation, quick and no side effect, high cure rate, worthy of popularization.
