维修工程的目标之一是保证机械具有良好的保障性设计特性。这里“良好”的基本含义,是要求这些设计特性与保障系统达到最佳匹配与协调。 机械保障性的设计特性包括可靠性、维修性、测试性、安全性等,核心是可靠性。我国近年来大力开展可靠性工作,在电子、航空航天等行业,已取得了明显成效。在机械行业,也经努力,但实际效果有限,说明该行业的可靠性工作有其特殊的复杂性与艰巨性。
One of the goals of the maintenance project is to ensure that machinery has a good protective design features. The basic meaning of “good” here is to require that these design features and assurance systems achieve the best match and coordination. Mechanical support design features including reliability, maintainability, testability, safety, etc., the core is reliability. In recent years, China has vigorously carried out reliability work and has achieved remarkable results in the electronics, aerospace and other industries. In the machinery industry, efforts have been made, but the actual effect is limited, indicating that the reliability of the industry has its own special complexity and arduous work.
