１临床资料患者女，５２岁。因双手１０个指甲变色、变形、增厚、甲分离２年多于１９９７年１２月１６日就诊。患者患类风湿病约１０年，长期内服皮质类固醇（泼尼松３０～１０ｍｇ／ｄ）。近２年发现指甲出现病变，逐渐累及１０个手指甲。查体：１０个指甲均有病变，受累面积
