本文研究了混合稀土对含Cr可锻铸铁第一阶段和第二阶段石墨化的影响。发现用0.3%混合稀土处理,可以大大缩短含0.3%Cr的白口铸铁的第一阶段石墨化所需时间,所获珠光体可锻铸铁具有良好机械性能。
In this paper, the effect of mischmetal on the graphitization of Cr-containing malleable cast iron in the first and second stages was studied. It was found that the 0.3% Cr mixed rare earth treatment can greatly shorten the time required for the first stage graphitization of 0.3% Cr white cast iron, and the obtained pearlite malleable cast iron has good mechanical properties.
