用氯化氨溶液进行模拟研究的结果表明:振动阻碍形核,只有在较大的过冷下才能形核生长;振动使枝晶生长受到抑制,使晶粒细化;振动对枝晶的破碎作用并不明显。可见,碎枝状及颗粒状枝晶是振动条件下生长所具有的特征。
The results of simulation study with ammonium chloride solution show that the vibration inhibits the nucleation and nucleation and growth only under the condition of large supercooling. The vibration restrains the dendrite growth and makes the grain refinement. The effect is not obvious. Visible, broken dendritic and granular dendrites are characteristics of growth under vibration conditions.
