在医院人力资源管理中,绩效考核是最重要的环节,为了保证组织目标的实现,有效的绩效考核管理是最有效的支撑和手段。目前,在很多医院中,考核流于形式,绩效管理并没有形成科学的考核体系和指标,考核效果也并不理想,本文作者结合在兵团第八师团场医院工作实际情况,通过分析团场医院在人力资源管理中对平衡计分卡的运用,从考核流程、标准、目标和机构入手,提出了解决人力资源管理问题的办法和思路。
