当记者,要有对什么事情都感兴趣的好奇心,总爱问个为什么;要有很好的沟通能力,善于打开局面;当然,还要会写文章。中国经济出现了一些方面的问题,我的判断是今年下半年形势就可以慢慢好起来。广告的下滑,主要削弱的是一些弱势媒体,而对于实力与品牌都排在前列的报纸而言,广告主还是保持投放。经过市场的重新洗牌,一些弱小媒体被淘汰出局,对我们未来的竞争反而是件好事。在面临压力的时候,我会问自己:我承受得了吗?承受得了,就只顾往前好了。乐观,永远乐观。要是一副怨妇模样,一天到晚干什么事都愁眉苦脸,那么下面的人会有多大的压力呵。
