本文报导用骨髓干燥涂片以间接免疫荧光法检测末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶(TdT)的技术及129例各种血液病患者的检测结果。本法比酶学法简便而灵敏。TdT的检测在急性白血病的诊断、预后和治疗上均显有一定意义。
This article reports the technique of detecting terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) by indirect immunofluorescence and the detection results of 129 cases of various hematological diseases using bone marrow dry smear. This method is simple and sensitive than the enzyme method. TdT detection in acute leukemia diagnosis, prognosis and treatment are of some significance.
