近几年来随着互联网的普及、物流业的繁荣和网民消费习惯的改变,特别是全球金融危机催生了新一轮的电子商务市场大繁荣,电子商务在改变了中国人消费习惯的同时,也在经济寒冬之际成为中国很多中小企业“过冬”的捷径。网络零售不仅以自身的业绩带动传统企业,一些网购平台还利用自身优势,在信息沟通、消费意愿调查反馈、品牌建立等方面给予传统企业帮助。专家指出,这种良好的联动效应,能够助力传统中小企业度过困难的经济寒冬,同时促使其转型。
