随着时代的进步,对于学生的教育已经不仅仅局限于知识的教育,开始更加关注道德教育和体能教育。小学阶段是学校教育的启蒙阶段和基础阶段,对于提高学生体育素养有着很重要的作用,但是,目前的教学过程中存在一些问题,影响了小学体育教学的质量,需要进行不断的改善。一、影响小学体育教学质量的因素1.教师因素体育教师是体育教学的引导者,体育教师的教学观念直接影响着他的教学行为。在传统的教学理念中,教师的任务是提高学生成绩,忽视对学生体育理念的培养和塑造,同时,在传统理念的影响下,教师的教学方式已经不能适应新形势的需求。
