教师教学的最终目的是实现教书育人,教书为先,育人为目的。记得一位教育专家曾经说过:“人们在同一年龄对同一知识的学习能力是不一样的,有早晚之分,也有快慢之分,从而形成学习曲线。一个人如果在短时间内提高成绩,并不是件难事,但要想改变一个人的行为习惯,改变一个人的思想则是难上加难。”这就表明,教师的教书是简单易行的,育人却很难。班主任不仅肩负着基础知识教学的责任,还担负着班级管理的重责。面对双重的教育教学压力,班主任要将思想道德教育落实到教学和管理中,使德育工作无时不在、无处不有。
