目的:探讨中西医结合治疗直乙型溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法:筛选河北省唐山市中医医院肛肠科2007年1月—2009年8月直乙型溃疡性结肠炎120例。采用静点抗生素,口服柳氮磺胺吡啶,复方角菜酸酯栓(太宁栓)纳肛,联合中药灌肠治疗,判定疗效。结果:中西医结合治疗直乙型溃疡性结肠炎痊愈占92%,好转占7%,无效占1%。结论:中西医结合治疗直乙型溃疡性结肠炎疗效肯定,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of type B ulcerative colitis. Methods: Screening of anorectal department of Tangshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Hebei Province from January 2007 to August 2009, 120 patients with B type ulcerative colitis. The use of static antibiotics, oral sulfasalazine, compound cacuronium suppository (too Ning suppository) anal anal, combined with Chinese medicine enema treatment to determine the efficacy. Results: The treatment of Integrative Medicine straight type ulcerative colitis accounted for 92%, improvement accounted for 7%, invalid accounted for 1%. Conclusion: Integrative treatment of direct ulcerative colitis is positive, it is worth promoting.
