国内的冲天炉除尘已从湿法除尘、颗粒层除尘起步,进展到布袋除尘、静电除尘。从而进一步提高了除尘效率,降低了排放浓度。但从我国国情出发,如何做到综合利用,节约能源,结合除尘收到多方面的效益,仍是广大铸造工作者所追求的目标。充分利用冲天炉炉气的余热,既达到除尘,又去除有害气体,尤其是一项较为艰巨的任务。本文以最近在2吨/时冲天炉的外换热器上所进行的试验,就炉气再燃烧问题,提出几点不成熟的看法。

Taking full advantage of the residual heat from cupola furnace gas, it not only achieves dust removal but also removes harmful gases, which is a more arduous task in particular. In this paper, the recent tests carried out on the external heat exchanger of a 2 tonne / hour cupola have made some immature opinions about the problem of reheating furnace gas.
