针对电渣重熔生产过程的高能耗问题,在传统电渣重熔系统的基础上,提出了振动电极电渣重熔方法以提高熔化效率。并以振动电极电渣重熔方法的试验数据为基础,建立了基于数据驱动的样条变换非线性偏最小二乘回归数学模型。通过Matlab仿真和试验结果分析,与无振动情况相比,该方法能有效地提高熔化效率,同时验证了该模型的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption in ESR remelting process, based on the traditional ESR system, the ESR method of vibrating electrode is proposed to improve the melting efficiency. Based on the experimental data of electroslag remelting method of vibrating electrode, a mathematical model of nonlinear partial least squares regression based on data driven spline transform was established. By Matlab simulation and experimental results, compared with no vibration, the method can effectively improve the melting efficiency, and verify the validity of the model.
