龙××是一岁多的男孩,在急性腸炎后,五、六天无尿排出。1958年5月由弋阳卫生院轉来我院儿科,經用利尿素及导尿法治疗均无效,肌酐試驗3.15毫克,将有发生尿毒症之可能,轉針灸科治疗时,患儿两脚軟而无力,不能站立。第一天針:肺俞双、支沟双、腎俞双、阴陵泉双、三阴交双、关元,針后不到一小时就排尿了。第二天双脚不軟,已能站立,尿量也恢复了正常。取穴除支沟外,加針足三里和大腸俞,以后小便如常。停針后,观察三天出院。
