本文采用水热法,以SnO2为前驱物,3 mol/L KOH作矿化剂,高温430℃,反应24 h,填充度60%,合成了尺度超过20μm的金红相SnO2晶体。当填充度40%时,合成晶体的尺度只有200 nm。对合成材料进行X射线衍射谱(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)测量,说明SnO2在高温水热、矿化剂作用下,具有很强的溶解性,其溶解后再结晶形成质量更好的晶体,高填充度产生的高压作用使SnO2发生更充分的溶解和再结晶,形成大的微米级晶体,也说明了可以利用水热方法制备大尺度SnO2单晶。
