本文是“低频率比下发动机轴系的扭振”(一)一文的续篇。本文应用了三质量模拟系统,探讨了转动惯量、刚度的不同组合,以及阻尼和激励力矩对系统的滚振(RV)、扭振(TV)、合成振动(CV)的振幅(相对值)和相位(相对于激励力矩)的影响效应。并分析了三者之间的内在关系。文章还列举了若干不同类型的发动机动力装置的扭振实测结果。运用了三质量模拟系统分析的结论,较成功地剖析了各动力装置在低频率比下的扭振特性。本文研究的成果将有助于对复杂的、有时甚至有争议的实测扭振记录作比较清晰的符合实际的分析。
This article is the “low frequency ratio of the engine shaft torsional vibration” (a) a sequel. In this paper, a three-mass simulation system is applied to investigate different combinations of moment of inertia and stiffness, as well as the effects of damping and excitation torque on the roll (RV), torsional vibration (TV), amplitude of synthetic vibration (CV) Effect of phase (relative to excitation torque) effect. And analyzed the inherent relationship between the three. The article also lists some different types of engine power plant torsional vibration measurement results. The conclusion of the three-mass simulation system is analyzed and the torsional vibration characteristics of each power plant at low frequency ratio are successfully analyzed. The results of this study will contribute to a clearer and realistic analysis of complex and sometimes controversial measured torsional vibrations.
