目的:探析根管治疗联合丁细牙痛胶囊治疗慢性牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法:择取我院2012年4月-2014年3月慢性牙髓炎患者50例,将所有患者按照数字法随机分为对照组(25例)和观察组(25例),两组患者均进行根管治疗,其中对照组在治疗后给予常规药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用丁细牙痛胶囊。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率和一年后治疗成功率分别为92.00%和84.00%,均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性牙髓炎患者的治疗中,采取根管治疗联合丁细牙痛胶囊治疗不仅能够提高治疗效果,而且可改善患者的远期疗效。
Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of root canal therapy combined with Dingxiao Toutong capsule in the treatment of chronic pulpitis. Methods: Fifty patients with chronic pulpitis from April 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (n = 25) and observation group (n = 25) according to the digital method. All patients were divided into two groups The patients in the control group were given conventional drug treatment after treatment. The patients in the observation group were treated with Ding-fine toothache capsules on the basis of the control group. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group and the successful treatment rate after one year were 92.00% and 84.00%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of patients with chronic pulpitis, root canal therapy combined with Ding Tiao tootong capsule treatment can not only improve the therapeutic effect, but also improve the long-term efficacy of the patient.
