近日,著名投资银行花旗银业发布报告,称中国国内四大运营商都在布局定制及统购手机,以便应付即将到来的3G时代及之前的过渡时期,这将决定各运营商的成败。
Recently, the well-known investment bank Citibank released a report, saying that China’s four major domestic carriers are in the layout customization and purchase of mobile phones in order to cope with the upcoming 3G era and before the transitional period, which will determine the success or failure of each operator.
