目的:探讨输尿管镜汽压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床应用。方法:用输尿管镜汽压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石56例。结果:52例一次性碎石成功,2例进镜失败改行开放手术治愈,2例输尿管结石移位至肾盂,行ESWL治愈。结论:对于输尿管中下段结石应首选输尿管镜汽压弹道碎石术。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods: 56 cases of ureteral calculi treated with ureteroscopic vapor pressure ballistic lithotripsy. Results: Fifty-two cases of one-off gravel were successfully treated, and two cases were failed to switch to open surgery. Two cases of ureteral calculi were transfered to the renal pelvis and were cured with ESWL. Conclusion: Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy should be the first choice for the middle and lower ureteral calculi.
