Outstanding basic experimental skills training, stage arrangement of experimental content, part of the open laboratory. We will be inorganic experimental class is divided into five sections: (1) basic operation training, the determination of physical and chemical constants, (3) inorganic salt preparation, (4) the nature of the experiment, (5) comprehensive experiment. The basic operation training accounted for 30% of experimental time. In each phase after the end of the experiment are arranged for a week of mobile experimental time, the laboratory semi-open to students. Semi-open is to stipulate that in principle students can only do experiments related to this stage. This measure is based on two considerations: (1) After the experiment is arranged in stages, in order to ensure the quality of the training at all stages, it is necessary to stipulate that after each stage of the basic training of experimental training, we can enter the next stage of experiment. Therefore, Stage backward students have the opportunity to make up classes. (2) to enhance students self-confidence to do the experiment, because freshman students in the secondary stage of rigorous experimental training less, especially in some physical and chemical constants determination, often fail to get reasonable data and do not have the confidence to do the experiment, During the maneuvering experiment, you get the chance to practice repeatedly. Our practice shows that taking the above measures is beneficial to our students both psychologically and in terms of their abilities. This has been enhanced in the past by examining the proficiency of our students in experiments.
