文章采用数据包络分析方法(DEA)对江苏省2003~2013年信息资源产业投资效率进行分析,得出江苏省信息资源产业投资效率总体较高但提升迟缓、部分类别投资效率较低的结论,并指出了可能存在的重视程度不足、发展程度不均衡、统计体系不健全等原因,提出了重视信息资源产业、增强规划引领、金融扶持、技改提升等对策建议。 In this paper, the data envelopment analysis (DEA) is used to analyze the investment efficiency of information resources industry in Jiangsu Province from 2003 to 2013, and the conclusion is drawn that the investment efficiency of information resources industry in Jiangsu Province is generally high but slow to improve while the investment efficiency of some categories is relatively low. And points out the possible reasons for the lack of attention, the unbalanced development and the imperfect statistical system, and puts forward some countermeasures, such as emphasizing the information resources industry, enhancing planning lead, financial support and technological upgrading.
