采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜、万能试验机和冲击试验等法表征了耐火钢的组织和性能。结果表明,0.18Mo+B系列耐火钢主要为等轴或块状铁素体和小岛组成,先共析铁素体含量较少;0.30Mo系列耐火钢组织主要为大量等轴或块状先共析铁素体。0.18Mo+B系列耐火钢室温强度高于0.36 Mo,韧性低于0.36Mo。Nb元素对耐火钢强化效果优于V元素,V元素对耐火钢的韧性提高影响较大。
The microstructure and properties of refractory steel were characterized by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, universal testing machine and impact test. The results show that 0.18Mo + B series of refractory steel is mainly composed of equiaxed or massive ferrite and islets with less pro-eutectoid ferrite content. The 0.30Mo series refractory steel is mainly composed of a large number of equiaxed or massive first Eutectoid ferrite. 0.18Mo + B series of fire-resistant steel at room temperature higher than 0.36 Mo, toughness less than 0.36Mo. The strengthening effect of Nb element on refractory steel is better than that of V element, and the V element has greater influence on the toughness of refractory steel.
