本研究用３２Ｐ标中间普氏菌（ＰｉＡＴＣＣ２５２６１）、产黑普氏菌（ＰｍＡＴＣＣ２５８４５）全染色体ＤＮＡ探针对牙周病可疑病原菌及临床牙周脓肿脓液标本直接杂交，放射自显影判断结果。结果与传统鉴定法的一致，显示出很高的特异性和敏感性，并具有快速简便的优点。
In this study, 32P-labeled Prevotella intermedia (PiATCC25261), produced by whole-body DNA probe of Hermite-thaliana (PmATCC25845) were used to detect the suspected pathogens of periodontal disease and the pus of clinical periodontal abscess by direct hybridization and autoradiography. The result is consistent with the traditional identification method, showing high specificity and sensitivity, with the advantages of being quick and easy.
